RBKC Grant to LNHC Ltd towards the cost of a new website

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is proposing to make a grant to London Notting Hill Carnival Ltd towards the cost of developing a new website. The Council believes that the development, maintenance and regular updsating of such a website, with appropriate links to the relevant statutory authorities involved with the Notting Hill Carnival, represents the best way to publicise carnival-related matters.
